Vetsfoodworld is a registered trademark. You may not use the Vetsfoodworld name, logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark without written consent. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the Website without Vetfoodworlds written consent. You must also seek written consent to use our prices and product listings.

Delivery

If you order by 12pm Monday to Friday, your order should be dispatched the same day. The order is dispatched by Fed-Ex next day delivery (excluding Saturday & Sunday), in some parts of the more remote parts of the country and offshore islands this can take up to two days. Pet toys and accessories and some treat products will be sent by UK Standard Delivery (£2.99 or FREE over £25), and will be sent seperately if ordered with food items. Some Christmas food lines that are split from full outers will also come separate to the main food items.

Goods are packed carefully in a box and sent using fedex courier. A signature is required on delivery.  Standard delivery for  uk mainland is free of charge if the order is over £25.00. If the order is below £25.00 there is a £6.99 carriage charge. For Scottish highlands and offshore islands the carriage charge is £14.00 if the order is below £25.00 or £8.60 if the order is over £25.00

For N. Ireland, isle of Man and Scilly Isles the carriage charge is £14.90 if the order is below £25.00 or £9.50 if the order is over £25.00. For Channel islands the carriage charge is £20.15 if the order is below £25.00 or £14.75 if the order is over £25.00

For Eire the carriage charge is £15.80 if the order is below £25.00 or £10.40 if the order is over £25.00

The charges above are per order. For further information please see our Terms and Conditions. In the event of you purchasing an item mistakenly and through no fault of ours, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition to:

In the unlikely event the goods are damaged on receipt please write damaged when signing for the delivery. Any goods that are instructed to be left in a safe place at the customers request are done so at their own risk.

Always keep your invoice or dispatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If the food is damaged in transit we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you and arrange for collection of the damaged item. Vetsfoodworld aims to despatch goods quickly and efficiently following your order. UK orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and should be received by the consumer within 3 working days of being placed. Images are shown for illustration purposes only and packaging may vary due to changes made by our suppliers. We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the vetsfoodworld web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the manufacturer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be refunded in full for it.

Method of Payment

Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit card or debit card. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. Payment can also be made using paypal. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence. Payment may also be made by cheque in accordance with the procedures outlined in the purchase process.

Sale of Animal Medicines & Cancellation

Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition.

If we are able to accept the return of any item, as detailed in the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000, we will refund the cost of that item. Genuinely faulty goods will be credited by refunding the amount paid for the item in full and return P&P. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability

Vetsfoodworld accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold on this site. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Vetsfoodworld is covered by professional indemnity insurance relating to trading as a pharmaceutical chemist.

Our Guarantee

We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Vetsfoodworld either over the telephone or by e-mail within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Customer Service Help line on 0115 9512 086 for assistance with your return. You will not be charged for this call, alternativley use our e-mail facility.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Vetsfoodworld, we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel.

Competitions & Giveaways

Any compeition on Vets Food World can only be entered once per household. Any free gifts or giveaways can only be limited to one item per order, and are only available while stock lasts.
